RESQ+ operates two Services Australia agencies in South West and Central West Queensland, providing vital access to a range of myGov services for rural and remote communities. The Services Australia Silver Service agencies are co-located with the RESQ+ offices in Blackall and Cunnamulla.

We provide assistance with:

  • Services Australia
  • Medicare
  • Child Support
  • Information products, forms and brochures
  • Setting up and accessing digital services
  • Answering questions and providing referrals
  • Changing details
  • Processing new claims
  • Copying, certifying and faxing documents
  • Phoning through claims
  • Accepting claim forms and documents to be lodged

While we aim to provide a comprehensive service, our Services Australia agents are unable to assist with:

  • Making payments or decisions about payments
  • Reviewing, assessing or varying payments
  • Issuing Electronic Benefit Transfer and other cards
